John Wilson was born on the 9th of April 1834. He was educated at Lancing College from August 1848 to April 1852 where he became a Scholar in 1850. He was appointed as a Prefect. He was the father of John Henry Wilson OL (School House 1875 to 1879). He died at Rawalpindi.
